All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. mi77 may verify the information you provide at any point. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on mi77. If mi77 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — all accounts except the original may be closed without notice, any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided, and genuine deposited funds may be returned at mi77's discretion after deducting any withdrawals already made.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your mi77 account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact mi77 support immediately. mi77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

mi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if it reasonably believes the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed for cause, mi77 may retain funds to offset any losses caused. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting mi77 support.

mi77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. mi77 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used. Deposits made via payment methods that cannot be verified may be declined or refunded.

Withdrawal requests are processed by mi77 on a continuous basis. Most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket complete within minutes. However, mi77 reserves the right to apply standard processing periods of up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. mi77 may request supporting documentation including a copy of a national identity card, passport, or confirmation of the mobile wallet account to be used for withdrawal.

mi77 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering standards. mi77 may place holds on withdrawals pending investigation where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Any funds suspected of being proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation. Players must not use mi77 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment wagering.

All bonus funds credited to a mi77 account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage betting strategies to reduce risk below the intended level, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, voiding of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

mi77 periodically offers seasonal promotions tied to cricket events (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup) and cultural occasions such as Eid. These promotions are subject to individual terms published alongside each offer. General bonus rules as stated in Section 4 apply to all seasonal promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity in connection with your use of mi77. This includes using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details, providing false identity information, impersonating another person, reverse transaction fraud (chargebacks without legitimate grounds), and any other form of deception intended to obtain funds or benefits from mi77 to which you are not entitled.

Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament results is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence in many jurisdictions. Where mi77 has reasonable grounds to suspect collusion, match fixing, or corrupt conduct, it will immediately suspend the accounts concerned, void all related bets, and cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, data-mining tools, or any software designed to give a player an unfair technical advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited. mi77 employs detection systems to identify automated play patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such activity is identified.
